Kali Swoyer
Ms. Swoyer’s training and legal expertise are valuable assets to the attorneys and business professionals who retain Delaware ADR. At Delaware ADR, Kali assists the Professional Neutrals in preparing matters for dispute resolution. Ms. Swoyer’s experience with strategy decisions and liability analysis is used to deliver substantive case evaluations. Kali also facilitates appropriate pre-dispute resolution case management services for clients, a critical component to ensuring all parties are prepared for successful dispute resolution. Ms. Swoyer’s skills are utilized to provide the highest quality services in the most cost-effective manner.
Kali attended University of Delaware and Delaware Law School. Upon graduation from law school with Certificates in Business Organizations and Pro Bono Distinction, Kali served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Calvin L. Scott, Jr. of the Delaware Superior Court. Ms. Swoyer developed strong legal and writing skills during her judicial clerkship and as a private litigator in Delaware. In private practice, Kali developed excellent legal skills through extensive deposition practice and a robust dispositive motion practice. Kali’s case management responsibilities included strategy decisions and liability analysis for efficient resolution of disputes prior to trial.
