Christopher L. Damon
Chris Damon attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and The University of Southern California Gould’s School of Law. Upon graduation from law school with a Certificate in Business Law, Chris joined a major Delaware law firm in their Transactions and Corporate Counseling group. In private practice, Chris developed excellent legal skills through extensive special committee counseling and document drafting practices. Chris’ case management responsibilities included strategy decisions and liability analysis for efficient resolution of disputes prior to trial. Chris is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
