David A. White honed his skills as a mediator and manager of complex and mass tort litigation as a Superior Court Commissioner. In private practice, Commissioner White continued to develop his ADR skills. After several years of service as Chief Disciplinary Counsel, Commissioner White returns to the ADR space with Delaware ADR.
