Delaware ADR, LLC is led by Judge Andrea L. Rocanelli, a retired Delaware jurist, with extensive experience in mediation of complex commercial and corporate disputes, as well as arbitration pursuant to the Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act.
Retired Vice Chancellor Glasscock brings decades of experience as a jurist to Delaware ADR. VCG will focus on arbitration, including expedited arbitration under the Delaware Rapid Arbitration Act. VCG will also be available to consult on discrete issues within VCG’s vast subject matter expertise in connection with mediations for which other Delaware ADR Professional Neutrals are retained.
Retired Delaware Superior Court Judge Mary Johnston, the longest serving judge on the Superior Court’s preeminent Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD), joins Delaware ADR to lend her expertise and skills to resolution of complex commercial and corporate disputes as a Mediator and as an Arbitrator.
David A. White honed his skills as a mediator and manager of complex and mass tort litigation as a Superior Court Commissioner. In private practice, Commissioner White continued to develop his ADR skills. After several years of service as Chief Disciplinary Counsel, Commissioner White returns to the ADR space with Delaware ADR. Many years of responsibility in highly charged situations makes Commissioner White uniquely positioned to serve your clients’ needs as an excellent Arbitrator, Mediator and Court-Appointed Special Magistrate/Discovery Facilitator.
